Our Standard Interview Process

Application screening
We thoroughly screen each
application before the interview and get back to short-listed applicants within 7 business days.
Interviews
The interview lasts up to 1 hour and is conducted by the HR Specialist to determine if your skills, experience, and expectations are a good fit for the position and if your goals are aligned with Onex's.
Trial Period / Task
Depending on the position, candidates may be required to complete skills assessments, personality tests, or other job-related tests to evaluate their suitability for the role.
Offer
Once the decision is made, we
create a comprehensive offer for the successful candidate. The offer
contains performance expectations as well as benefits and growth opportunities that we offer.

Though it was challenging at first, I did my best to become an expert of online shopping and hone my service skills, and that's why over time, I was promoted from the Customer Care Representative to the department's manager. Then I took on the roles of the Export manager and the purchasing department manager.

I've joined ONEX as a PHP developer 4 years ago, although I had prior experience, there was a lot to learn about the products and beyond!     I was only 18 years old when I've started working at ONEX as a Customer Care Representative, and telling that I was scared and confused is like telling nothing. In those early days, the thought of being fired haunted me incessantly :D Yet, here I am, 7 years later, still standing strong within the embrace of Onex.
    I worked as a Customer Care Representative for 2 years, then I became Team Lead at Pony Express, which is still my favorite department and job. In 2022 I became the Wholesale Manager and Foreign Warehouses' Coordinator. There were many difficulties here as well, it required being more stress-resistant. But that was also manageable in a favorite environment.
    Despite all the challenges, Onex became more than just a workplace, Onex is my family.
    Reflecting on my journey, Onex was the best thing that could have happened to me at the age of 18.

Reflecting on my beginnings as a delivery driver, leading a team of just four drivers, to now overseeing a big delivery department, where every single person is doing his best to deliver happiness to our customers' doorsteps, I can't help but feel a profound sense of ownership.
